The responsible cabinet consists of the Cabinet Ministers who were selected by the party leaders (Party Chieftain) occupying the position of the majority in Parliament. The prime minister and the Cabinet Ministers were required common “Fundamental Policy”. The prime minister was fully responsible for his actions and the Cabinet Ministers each undertakes own responsibility. The monarch and the royal group didn’t take any responsibility. the orders of the monarch must be signed by The prime minister or the Cabinet Ministers, meanwhile, the latter were responsible for the behavior of the former.
