哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 Abstract In Harbin Institute of Technology ,Undergraduate education and training is the schools top priority. The comprehensive percentage system , the comprehensive elective course system, the accumulate test and other reform measures of undergraduate teaching gradually implemented in recent years. To establish a unified and efficient mechanism for teaching management, comprehensively improve the quality and level of undergraduate teaching, the Undergraduate College has been established in May 2011. But the existing platform of undergraduate teching management has begun to reveal the flaws and shortcomings,and it can not achieve reform requirements of school. So we must develop and improve，and finally complete comprehensive HIT Undergraduate Teaching Management System. The completed content and the content under construction of HIT Undergraduate Teaching Management System will be combined in this thesis. In this thesis I will make an overall review and scientific Summary , including the project’s overall planning and design, requirements analysis and detailed design, system development, system applications and system maintenance and other construction phase, and use the theory of project management to scientific analysis and lessons learned, try to make the project’s construction scope, schedule management, quality management, communication management, human resource management, cost management, risk control, in line with project management standards. Its aim is to play a guiding role in the process of future building of the system, achieve the goals of best use of resources, cost savings and improve the quality of projects.
