II II ABSTRACT In 2001, The central peoples government of the Peoples Republic of China extends the new reformation of curriculum to the country.According to the requirements of article16 in The Outline of the National Basic Education Course Reformation (experiment) that the government carries out the patter of three level management of courses to ensure and promote courses to adapt to the requirements of different regions,schools and students,so,the development of local curriculum has become the society focus. According to the requirement of The Outline of the National Basic Education Course Reformation(experiment) and The Course Program of Ordinary Senior Middle Schools (experiment) and the truth of education, the province of Guizhou province set up special agencies and funds for the development of the local course,ultimately,reformation acquires tremendous success. However,during implementing reformation,I found some questions.According to the access of front-line teachers,this article puts forward concrete suggestions and measures to those questions.Following is the outline of this paper: The first part mainly discusses the significance and goal of this article and the train of thought. The second part mainly introduces the practice related to the local course of Nature and Humanity of Guizhou, this paper mainly introduces the process of compiling Nature and Humanity of Guizhou, and its contents. The third part mainly analyses the questions of compiling the local course of Nature and Humanity of Guizhou. The fourth part is mainly aimed at proposing relevant rationalization suggestions. The fifth part is conclusion of this paper.
