I I Abstract With the growing trend towards globalization, the economic, political and cultural exchanges among countries are becoming more frequent, especially in the aspect of commerce and trade, which greatly stimulates the demand for the pragmatic translation talents. As one of the pragmatic translations, the legal translation has a higher standard for translators. The translation task is the cooperation agreement between Ferrero International SA and the subsidiary companies. This thesis consists of six parts. Part one presents an introduction to the translation task; Part two mainly refers to the translation process; Part three puts an overview of the guiding theory of this translation; Part four explains and analyzes some typical translation cases in detail; Part five describes my understandings and realizations from the translation; and Part six comes to the conclusion.
