聊城大学硕士学位论文聊城大学硕士学位论文 iii iii the network media literacy education in junior high school students from subjective and objective aspects. From the subjective aspect, the insufficient knowledge base and the immature psychology of the students are the main reasons. From the objective aspects, the problems are focus on four points: parents` inappropriate guidance to the network media literacy education, schools` absence of media literacy education network and the insufficient social attention networking media literacy education for junior high school students. The third chapter is the main part of this article. In this chapter, the author systematically put forward the training goals of the network media literacy education from understanding, skills and values. On the meanwhile, combined with the characteristics of junior high students, the author summarizes the promotion strategies of the network media literacy education in these five aspects: students` self-education, family education, school education, network media literacy education and the social education.
