干扰素联合蒙脱石散治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察及护理体会 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨干扰素联合蒙脱石散治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效观察及护理体会。方法：将本院2015年5月-2016年5月收治的180例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为两组，每组各90例。A组给予干扰素50万U/（kg?d）雾化治疗，B组在A组的基础上采用蒙脱石散来涂口腔疱疹或溃疡处，并结合适当的护理进行治疗。观察两组患儿热退、咽痛流涎、疱疹溃疡愈合时间和临床效果，以及不良反应等情况。结果：B组的热退、咽痛流涎、疱疹溃疡愈合时间均比A组短，两组比较差异均有统计意义（P0.05）；B组临床治疗总有效率高于A组，两组比较差异有统计意义（P0.05）；两组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论：干扰素联合蒙脱石散治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效显著，再结合相关的护理干预，不良反应少，有利于患儿的恢复。 　　【关键词】 干扰素； 蒙脱石散； 疱疹性咽峡炎； 临床效果； 护理体会 　　Clinical Observation and Nursing Care of Interferon Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the Treatment of Children Herpangina/XU Feng-xia.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（31）：073-076 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical observation and nursing care of interferon combined with Montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children herpangina.Method：In our hospital，180 cases of herpangina were selected from May 2015 to May 2016，they were randomly divided into two groups，group A was given interferon 500 000 U/（kg?d） treatment，group B was given montmorillonite powder coated with oral herpes or ulcer on the basis of group A and appropriate care.The healing time of fever，sore throat salivation and herpes ulcer and adverse reaction of two groups were observed.Result：The healing time of fever，sore throat salivation and herpes ulcer in group B were shorter than group A，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The clinical total efficiency in group B was higher than that of group A，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Two groups did not appear obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion：Combined with nursing intervention，Interferon combined with Montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with herpangina has significant clinical and less adverse reaction，it is conducive to children’s recovery. 　　【Key words】 Interferon； Montmorillonite powder； Herpangina； Clinical effect； Nursing experience 　　First-author’s address：Yuexiu District Children’s Hospital of Guangzhou，Guangzhou 510115，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016
