华华中科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstracts Since the reform and opening up, with the development of a market economy， the urban-rural dual economic structure is gradually broken, and the development and construction of the city get a large of labor force. The process of rapid urbanization is the social management period of strategic opportunities and the time of obvious contradiction, which presents large challenges to the social management of the city. In the process of urbanization, the influx of a large number of migrant workers to the city brings new challenges to the management of urban society. With the reform and opening up sweeping around the country, the new generation of migrant workers such as the eighties and nineties, comes to the stage of history. Compared with the traditional migrant workers, they call for more new demands on personal social participation and social welfare. This paper attempts to find the function of the social organization of self-organization, self-management, self-development in social management, by studying the forming mechanism of social organizations of generation of migrant workers. That is buffering and diluting social risks in urbanization by social organizations. At the same time, by combing the social organization with the top-level design of social order, this article tries to explore the positive role of social organizations in attracting, cohesion, organization of the migrant workers. Based on the above analysis, this article attempts to cut through the perspective of social organization, analyze the problems currently faced by the social management of urban mobility groups as well as the current group formation and management of the operating mechanism and build community participatory governance to provide a new perspective for the social management of the new generation of migrant workers and make some policy recommendations.
