摘要 摘要 “王 “王 氏 颈椎 调 整术 ” 治疗 神 经根 型 颈椎 病 的临 床 研究 - - PAGE 13 - - - PAGE 16 - 中 文 摘 要 目的: 通过系统整理和规范化临床研究， 对“王氏颈椎调整术”治疗神经根 型颈椎病的临床疗效及安全性做出评价 ，并初步形成技术规范，为神经根型颈椎 病的推拿治疗提供新的思路和方法。 方法: 将符合纳入标准的神经根型颈椎病患者 60 例依据随机数字表随机分 为 2 组。治疗组 30 例，采用“王氏颈椎调整术” 治疗为主；对照组 30 例，采用 常规手法治疗，两组均每日 1 次，5 次为一个疗程，连续治疗 2 个疗程。两组均 在治疗前后用颈椎病疼痛分级标准评定患者疼痛等级，简单随机化，并与治疗后 进行疗效评定。应用 spss18.0 统计软件，分析其组间及组内改变情况。 结果: 疗效评定：治疗组痊愈 15 例，显效 11 例，有效 3 例，无效 1 例；对 照组痊愈 6 例，显效 7 例，有效 13 例，无效 4 例，治疗组总有效率为 96.67%， 对照组为 86.67%，经秩和检验，两组疗效差别具有统计学意义（P 0.05），故治 疗组疗效优于对照组。 结论:通过观察“王氏颈椎调整术”治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察得出 以下结论。 1.“王氏颈椎调整术”与传统推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果相比， 在疗效和每次治疗时间方面明显优于对照组，说明本方法能有效、快速改善神经 根型颈椎病的临床症状； 2.该法创新之处，在于筋骨共治，可重复使用，易被患者接受； 3.为神 经根 型颈椎 病 的推拿 治疗 提供了 一 套 新的 治疗 方法， 为 今后治 疗 本病提供了新的思路和方法。 关键词: 王氏颈椎调整术；推拿；颈椎病；神经根型 Wangshi’s cervical osteopathic of Radiculopathy cervical spondlopathy clinical research Zhao Ming(Internal medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine ) Directed by Wang Hualan Abstract Objective:Through clinical research，to check the effectiveness and safty of the treatment effects of cervical spondylosis by using Wangshi’s cervical osteopathic ，in order to provide normative technical operations of clinical text ． Method:Divided the inclusion criteria based on 60 cases of cervical spondylosis were randomly into 2 groups．Treatment group 30 cases，were mainly treated by Wangshi’s cervical osteopathic ； the control group 30 patients treated with conventional methods，two groups were treated once daily，continuous treatment for two weeks ． Two groups were used in the treatment of cervical pain after the assessment of pain in patients with grade level standards ． and record the first time， onset time ， by comparing before and after treatment ， the application spss18.0 statistical software to analyze the group and the group change the situation ． Result:Efficacy assessment: the treatment group recovered 15 cases ，effective in 11 cases，23cases； the control group recovered in 6 cases，7 cases were markedly effective in 13 cases，the effici
