中理本科课程比较研究 研究生张玉芳 导师李继平 摘要 目的 本研究旨在通过对我国护理本科教育与美国护理本科教育的课程设 置的共同性和差异性比较， 探索护理本科教育发展规律，审视我国护理 本科教育的课程设置的作用、性质、及其与学生能力培养中的本质联系， 为我国制定行之有效的护理本科人才培养模式提供科学依据 e 方法 采用横断面调查研究，论证强度 3 级。符合纳入排除标准的护理本 科课程设置中国有 19 所院校，美国有 18 所院校，将中美护理本科教育 的培养目标，开设课程的学时数及开设的课程结构进行比较。 结果 1. 中国护理本科教育培养目标侧重于知识掌握:美国则更强调学生能 力的培养， 2. 护理本科课程设置总学时数，中国为 3357.58土484.17 ，美国为 2037.07士250.55 ，p0.05 ，中国护理本科课程设置的总学时数大于 1 美国。 3 护理本科课程中必修课的学时数，中国为 2467.27 士 357.91 ，美国为 1928.00士267.65 ，p0.05; 选修课的学时数，中国 835.33+290.05 ， 美国 134.40士 84.39 ，p0.05 。两者均存在统计学的差异。 4 护理本科课程设置中必修课的构成比，护理专业课中国为 68.62% ， 美国为 57.78% 。 5. 在护理本科教育实习的安排上，中国无论四年制还是五年制均安排 在最后一学年集中进行，实习场所多为临床主要科室病房:美国院 校的实习安排与课程的理论学习同步进行，贯穿在护理专业课的始 终。 6. 护理本科课程设置中开设比较集中的课程，中国集中在政治理论、 思想品德修养、英语、政治、化学、计算机、人体解剖学、生物化 学、病原微生物学、生理学、药理学、护理学基础、诊断学(健康 评估)以及内、外、妇、儿科护理等。美国分布比较弥散，集中开 设的课程有心理学、写作、社会学、护理研究等。 结论 中国护理本科教育的培养目标多以学科为中心，美国护理本科的培 养目标兼顾了学生和社会的发展:与美国比较，在实习的安排、人文学 科课程设置比重、以及专业课的范畴上，我国护理本科课程设置有必要 做相应的调整，以保证护理本科人才培养质量和毕业生适应社会需求的 能力。研究结果提示确定我国护理本科人才培养标准很有必要。 关键词 护理本科课程设置比较研究 2 The Comparison Research on Nursing Baccalaureate Curriculum Building between China and America Postgraduate: Zhang Yufang Tutor: Prof. Li Jiping Abstract: Object: Through comparing the curriculum building ofbaccalaureate nursing education in China with 也e United States and finding 由.e common grounds and differences，this research is trying to discover 址le rules in the development of the baccalaureate nursing education; evaluate the roles and characters of the bacca1aureate nùrsing curricuJum building，also its in位insic coπelations with the students ability training ，At the same time ，也is research is trying to offer the scientific evidence for fo口nu1ating the eff忧tive model of training excellent bacca1aureate nursing students.
