PAGE PAGE 10 （P0.05）。 在胃癌的分化程度由高分化向未分化 降低的同时，生长分数（高分化 17.91%、未分化 26.71%）逐渐升高，这与不同病理类型胃癌组织中 IGF-1 蛋白 表达趋势相一致，提示 IGF-1 蛋白可能通过促进胃癌细胞的生长增殖而促进肿瘤 的发生发展。 结论：①IGF-1、MMP-2、MCP-1 蛋白在胃癌中表达显著，与肿瘤的发生发展存在 相关性。 ②MMP-2、MCP-1 主要参与胃癌的浸润转移。 ③IGF-1、MMP-2、MCP-1 蛋白可作为评估胃癌恶性程度、有无转移及预后 的参考指标。 关键词：胃癌；癌前病变；IGF-1、MMP-2、MCP-1；细胞周期； Expression and significance of IGF-1、MMP-2、MCP-1protein in different Gastric tissues Abstract Objectives:We have aimed to study the expression of IGF-1、MMP-2、MCP-1protein in different gastric tissues and to evaluate the significant correlation between their expressions and cell cycle,to investigate their possible roles in the gastric carcinogenic mechanism,to provide evidence for prevention and therapy of gastric carcinoma as a therapeutic target. Methods:Gastric tissue samples were obtained from 20cases with chronic superficial gastritis(CSG),35 cases with intestinal metaplasia (IM),30cases with dysplasia (Dys) and 56 cases with gastric carcinoma (GC). Expressions of IGF-1、MMP-2、MCP-1 protein were dectected by immuno -histochemistry(S-P method)and western-blot and cell cycle by flow cytometer(FCM).The datas were analyzed by software SPSS 13.0, chi-square test was used to compare the difference between groups.A difference was considered significance if the p value was below 0.05. Results: Expressions of IGF-1、MMP-2、MCP-1showed a gradually increasing tendency from CSG, IM, Dys to GC. Positive expression rates of IGF-1、MMP-2、 MCP-1were 15.0%，10.0% and 5.0% in CSG,37.1%，20.0% and 11.4% in IM,56.7%， 20.0% and 20.0% in Dys,87.5%，83.9% and 89.3% in GC respectively. There was a significant difference between either two of the four tissues in expression of the IGF-1 proteins（P＜0.05）；There was a significant difference between GS and CSG、 IM、 Dys in expression of the MMP-2、MCP-1 proteins（P＜0.05），but no significant difference were found compared CSG、 IM and Dys with each other.（P＞0.05）.In histological, significant relations of the expression of IGF-1andMCP-1 were foun
