情志相胜法辨证护理干预对车祸骨折患者不良心理应激反应临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨情志相胜法辨证护理干预在车祸骨折患者不良心理应激反应中的应用与效果。 　　方法：选取2013年5月-2015年4月本院收治的166例因车祸导致骨折的患者，其中2013年5月-2014年 　　4月收治的83例患者为对照组，实施常规护理，2014年5月-2015年4月收治的83例患者为试验组，实施情志相胜法辩证护理干预。患者车祸后1～2 d分别测定其SAS、SDS及MSRPOR评分作为原始数据，护理10 d后，比较护理前后两组SAS、SDS、MSRPOR评分和社会、躯体、心理功能及物质生活等生存质量评分以及患者满意度。结果：试验组情志护理干预后SAS、SDS、MSRPOR评分均低于对照组（P0.001），社会、躯体、心理功能及物质生活评分均高于对照组，患者满意度也高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：情志相胜法辨证护理应用于预防车祸骨折患者不良心理应激反应，可改善患者的焦虑、抑郁、恐惧情绪，帮助患者恢复身体和心理健康，改善其物质生活质量，提高其社交水平，是预防车祸骨折患者不良心理应激反应的有效护理方法，值得广为应用。 　　【关键词】 中医情志护理； 骨折； 不良心理应激反应 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the intervention effect of TCM mental nursing in fracture patients caused by car accident.Method： A total of 166 patients with fracture caused by traffic accident were selected as research objects， 83 patients in May 2013 to April 2014 were selected as the control group and given routine nursing，the other 83 patients from May 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the experimental group and given TCM mental nursing.The SAS and SDS date in patients in 1 d or 2 d after the accident as raw data were measured，and consent all patients into two groups on the basis of patients’ informed.Their SAS score，SDS score，MSRPOR score and social，physical，psychological function and quality of life score before nursing and after 10-days’ nursing were compared.Result：After TCM mental nursing，the score of SAS，SDS，MSRPOR in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group （P0.001），while the social，physical，psychological function and material life score in the experimental group were higher than the control group，and the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than those in control group too（P0.05）.Conclusion：The emotional nursing of TCM is worthy to apply on adverse psychological stress reaction in fracture patients caused by car accident for it can release their anxiety，depression，fear，help them to restore physical and mental health，improve the quality of their life，improve their social le
