心理护理干预对消化内镜检查患者焦虑情绪影响探析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨心理护理干预对消化内镜检查患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法 选取2016年7月～2017年6月在我院诊断治疗的270例行消化内镜检查的患者作为研究对象，按照护理方法的不同以及患者的自愿性将其分为对照组、观察组，每组135例。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组采用心理护理方法。比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）以及检查效果。结果 护理前，两组患者的SDS、SAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；护理后，观察组患者护理后SAS、SDS评分显著低于护理前及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）， 观察组患者行消化内镜检查效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对行消化内镜检查患者应用心理护理，有助于缓解患者的内心压力，能够有效降低检查过程中患者的痛苦，并且有利于检查能够顺利开展，值得临床上广泛推荐应用。 　　[关键词]消化内镜检查；心理护理；护理效果；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）3（c）-0168-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on stem pre endoscopy patients′ anxiety.Methods A total of 270 patients with digestive endoscopy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research object，and divided into control group and observation group according to the different methods of nursing and the voluntary of the patients，135 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing method，while the observation group was given psychological nursing method.Before and after nursing，anxietyself-rating scale （SAS），self-rating depression scale （SDS） and test results were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing，the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were compared，the differences were no statistically significant （P0.05）.After nursing，SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before nursing，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05），and the effect of digestive endoscopy in the observation group was better than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Applying psychological nursing to patients undergoing digestive endoscopy can help relieve patients′ inner pressure，effectively reduce patients′ pain during examination，and is conducive to the smooth development of the examination.It is worthy of wide application in clinic. 　　[Key words]Digestive end
