心理护理干预对独生女围生期焦虑抑郁心理状态影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨心理护理干预措施对独生女围生期焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。 方法 选取2012年10月～2014年10月在本院住院的120例围生期孕产妇作为研究对象，根据不同护理方式以及是否为独生女将其分为独生女普通护理组、独生女心理护理组和非独生女普通护理组，各40例。独生女普通护理组在围生期单纯采用常规护理，而独生女心理护理组则在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理措施干预，非独生女普通护理组仅采用常规护理。比较3组孕28周、产后1周的HAMA、HAMD评分。 结果 独生女普通护理组孕28周、产后1周的HAMA和HAMD评分显著高于非独生女普通护理组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。独生女心理护理组孕28周、产后1周的HAMA和HAMD评分显著低于独生女普通护理组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 独生女围生期及产后的焦虑抑郁情况较非独生女更为明显，而心理护理干预措施可有效缓解独生女围生期的焦虑、抑郁情绪，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 独生女；非独生女；焦虑、抑郁、护理 　　[中图分类号] R471 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）07（c）-0186-03 　　Influence for the perinatal psychological state of anxiety and depression of only daughter by psychological nursing intervention 　　MO Ai-min 　　Maternal Child Health Hospital of Huaiji County in Guangdong Province，Huaiji 526400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence for the perinatal psychological state of anxiety and depression of only daughter by psychological nursing intervention.
