急性心肌梗死介入治疗改善心肌组织供血临床研究 　　摘要：目的 进一步探讨和分析急性心肌梗死介入治疗对改善心肌组织供血的临床效果。方法 选取我院在2011年10月～2013年10月收治的100例急性心肌梗死患者，将患者分成对照组和观察组，对照组患者行常规溶栓治疗，观察组患者行冠脉介入治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 对照组治疗效果明显低于观察组，两组患者差异显著（P0.05）；对照组溶栓治疗2 h后CK-MB为（25.2±5.7）U/L；观察组介入治疗2 h后CK-MB为（18.5±5.4）U/L。观察组的心肌供血改善程度显著优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 介入治疗对急性心肌梗死患者具有显著效果，能够有效降低患者术后并发症，在临床应用中具有极为重要的意义，值得推广。 　　关键词：急性心肌梗死；介入治疗；心肌组织供血 　　Clinical Study of Interventional Therapy to Improve Myocardial Blood Supply to the Tissue of Acute Myocardial Infarction 　　LI Shu-guang，YANG Hua 　　（Department of Cardiovascular Medicine，The Fourth Hospital of Changsha City，Changsha 410006，Hunan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To further explore and analyze the interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction clinical effect of improving myocardial tissue blood supply.Methods A hospital in October 2011 admitted in October 2013 during the 100 cases of acute myocardial infarction，patients were divided into a control group and observation group and control group underwent conventional thrombolytic therapy，coronary intervention in patients in the observation group treatment，comparing two groups of patients the therapeutic effect.Results Control group total effective rate significantly lower than the observation group，two groups of patients with clinical effect is significant difference（P?0.05）；Control group after thrombolysis treatment 2 h CK-MB（25.2+5.7）U/L；Observation group after interventional treatment for 2 h CK-MB（18.5+5.4）U/L.The degree of myocardial blood supply improvement of observation group was superior to that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction has a significant effect，can effectively reduce postoperative complications in patients，improve clinical symptoms，and effectively promote the rehabilitation process of patients with extremely important significance in clinical applications，it is worth promoting. 　　Key words：Acute myocardial infarction；Interventional therapy；Myocardial tissue
