微柱凝胶法检测孕妇血清IgG抗体效价参考值临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨使用微柱凝胶抗人球法建立O型孕妇血清IgG抗A（B）效价的参考值。 方法 选择2011年10月～2013年12月在深圳市龙华新区人民医院就诊的夫妇ABO血型不合O型孕妇3038例，采用国产微柱凝胶抗人球卡对孕妇（丈夫为A型、B型、AB型）作不规则抗体筛查和IgG抗A（B）效价的测定，以1+凝集强度的血清最高稀释倍数的倒数为效价，并与209例临床诊断为ABO血型不合溶血病（ABO-HDN）的新生儿做相关性分析。 结果 206例临床诊断为ABO-HDN新生儿的母体血清免疫性IgG抗体效价均≥256。 结论 国产微柱凝胶抗人球法检测孕妇血清IgG抗体效价的正常参考值应设为256较为合理，对临床预测、诊断、防治ABO-HDN有实用意义。 　　[关键词] 微柱凝胶法；孕妇；IgG抗体效价；新生儿溶血病 　　[中图分类号] R446.61 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2015）06（a）-0157-04 　　Clinical research of reference value of maternal serum IgG antibody titer by microcolumn gel assay 　　LUO Guosheng1 ZHU Caiyun1 XI Yajuan1 WEI Yue1 WU Xianglan2 FENG Chunyan1 LI Lingbo3▲ 　　1.Department of Clinical Laboratory， Longhua District Peoples Hospital of Shenzhen City， Guangdong Province， Shenzhen 518109， China； 2.Department of New Pediatric， Longhua District Peoples Hospital of Shenzhen City， Guangdong Province， Shenzhen 518109， China； 3.Department of Research and Development， Changchun Bioxun Biotechnology Limited Company， Jilin Province， Changchun 130012， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the reference value of IgG anti-A（B） titre in serum of pregnant women with blood type O by microcolumn gel Coombs test. Methods 3038 pregnant women with couple abo-incompatibility from October 2011 to December 2013 in Longhua District Peoples Hospital of Shenzhen City were selected. The titers of irregular antibody and IgG anti-A（B） of those pregnant women （whose husband was A， B or AB blood type group） with O blood type were detected by domestic microcolumn gel Coombs′ test cards. The titer of antibody was the reciprocal of highest dilution of serum 1+ agglutination. At the same time， the 209 cases of newborns with a clinical diagnosis of ABO-HDN were analyzed. Results The immune maternal serum IgG antibody titers of 206 cases of ABO-HDN newborn were ≥256.
