微波热凝固术治疗慢性扁桃体炎临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察分析使用微波热凝固术对慢性扁桃体炎患者进行治疗的临床疗效情况。 方法 从我院临床上2010年8月～2012年1月收治的慢性扁桃体患者中抽取出78例，将其按照不同治疗方法分为观察组和对照组，对对照组患者使用传统的剥离手术予以扁桃体剥离治疗，对观察组患者使用微波热凝固术进行治疗，对比观察两组患者的手术情况及临床效果。 结果 实施微波热凝固术治疗的观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量均明显少于对照组，临床治疗显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 实施微波热凝固技术对慢性扁桃体炎患者进行治疗，相比传统术式明显缩短手术时间、减少出血量，降低手术风险，提高患者对手术的耐受度与接受度，同时有效提高临床治疗效果。 　　[关键词]微波热凝固术；慢性扁桃体炎；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R766.18 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）22-197-03 　　Clinical analysis on microwave thermal coagulation in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis 　　XU Wenqiang WEN Xiuyou 　　The Peoples Hospital of Wuzhou，Wuzhou 543000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of microwave thermal coagulation in the treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis. Methods Seventy-eight patients with chronic tonsillitis in our hospital from August 2010 to January 2012 were selected， and all patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment methods.The patients in the control group were used conventional tonsillectomy therapy，while the patients in the observation group were used microwave thermal coagulation therapy.The operation and clinical effects of patients in the two groups were compared and observed. Results The operation time and amount of bleeding in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group，the clinical treatment effective rate and total effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Compare with the traditional operation，the microwave thermal coagulation in the treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis can significantly shorten the operation time，reduce the amount of bleeding，reduce the operation risk，improve the patients acceptance and tolerance to operation，as well as effectively improve the clinical treatment effect. 　　[Key words] Microwave thermal coagulation；Chro
