心理护理干预在早期先兆流产患者中应用价值 　　【摘要】 目的 研究心理护理干预在早期先兆流产孕妇中的应用价值。方法 56例早期先兆流产孕妇， 随机分为常规组与心理护理组， 每组28例。常规组实施传统护理干预；心理护理组在常规组基础上给予心理护理干预。对两组孕妇接受护理前后症状自评量表（SCL-90）中各项心理因子评分和??护理服务质量的满意度、流产率、实施护理治疗的总时间进行比较。结果 护理干预前两组孕妇SCL-90量表中各项心理因子评分比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。护理干预后心理护理组孕妇SCL-90量表中各项心理因子评分均明显优于常规组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。心理护理组对护理服务质量的满意度96.43%明显高于常规组71.43%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。心理护理组流产率3.57%、实施护理治疗的总时间（3.52±1.92）明显优于常规组35.71%、（5.26±2.57）， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 心理护理干预在早期先兆流产孕妇中的应用价值高， 可有效改善孕妇不良心理状态， 降低流产率， 提升孕妇对护理服务的满意度， 缩短护理干预的时间， 值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 心理护理干预；早期先兆流产；应用价值 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.13.075 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of psychological nursing intervention in patients with early threatened abortion. Methods A total of 56 patients with early threatened abortion were randomly divided into conventional group and psychological nursing group， with 28 cases in each group. The conventional group received traditional nursing intervention， and the psychological nursing group also received psychological nursing intervention. Comparison were made on psychological factor scores of symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） before and after nursing， satisfaction degree for nursing service quality， abortion rate and total nursing treatment time in two groups. Results Before nursing intervention， both groups had no statistically significant difference in psychological factor scores of SCL-90 （P0.05）. After nursing intervention， the psychological nursing group had obviously better psychological factor scores of SCL-90 than the conventional group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）.
