急性心力衰竭患者急诊救治临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析和研究急性心力衰竭患者急诊救治的临床模式和临床效果。 方法 随机选取在2013年8月―2015年8月入住该院进行治疗的急性心力衰竭患者120例，然后将这些急性心力衰竭患者的急诊救治的情况进行分析和总结。对这些急性心力衰竭患者急诊救治工作前后的心率、血压数值进行比较分析，详细统计治疗前后的基本情况。 结果 急诊救治工作前心率是（165.4±49.03）次/min，收缩压数值是（110.5±9.7）mmHg，舒张压的数值是（105.5±15.4）mmHg。在急诊救治工作后，患者的心率是（122.5±12.6）次/min，收缩压数值是（69.5±5.6）mmHg，舒张压的数值是（72.3±10.3）mmHg。这些急性心力衰竭患者经过急诊救治工作之后，其心率和血压数值明显偏向正常，各项生命体征优于急诊救治工作之前。 结论 对于急性心力衰竭患者而言应当采取有效的急诊救治措施，从而才能够较好的提升其临床救治效果。 　　[关键词] 急性心力衰竭；急诊救治；临床分析 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（b）-0076-03 　　Clinical Analysis of Emergency Treatment for Patients with Acute Heart Failure 　　LI Wan-guang， CHANG Jun-ling 　　1.Emergency Department， Linzi Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Shandong Province，Zibo，Shandong Province， 255400 China；2.Department of medicine， Jinshan town central hospital of Shandong Province，Zibo，Shandong Province，255400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and research the clinical pattern and clinical effect of emergency treatment for patients with acute heart failure.
