急性胰腺炎护理应用人性化服务效果观察 　　【摘要】目的：分析研究急性胰腺炎患者护理过程中实施人性化服务的方法以及护理效果，为临床提供依据。方法：选取2013年4月到2014年4月急性胰腺炎患者资料98例实施回顾性分析，将98例患者随机分为两组，观察组49例，对照组49例，对照组患者进行常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础之上进行人性化护理，比较观察组和对照组患者对于护理服务的满意度以及治疗效果，将结果进行统计学分析。结果：对照组患者对于护理服务评分为79.01±2.27分，观察组为97.33±1.27分，观察组显著高于对照组（P0.05），具有统计学意义；观察组患者治疗有效率为97.96%，对照组为75.51%，观察组显著高于对照组（P0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：针对急性胰腺炎患者护理工作中采取人性化服务可以显著增强治疗效果，使患者的疼痛得到缓解，促进护患关系，应该在临床护理工作中大力推广使用。 　　【关键词】急性胰腺炎；人性化护理；满意度 　　【Abstract】Objective： To study acute pancreatitis patient care in the process of implementing method and nursing effect of humanized service， and to provide basis for clinical. Selection methods： From April 2013 to April 2013 data， 98 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed， 98 patients were randomly divided into two groups， the observation group of 49 cases， control group in 49 cases， control group patients with routine nursing care， observation group of patients in the control group， humanized nursing based on their comparative observation group and control group patients satisfaction with nursing care as well as the efficacy of treatment， the results were statistically analyzed.
