华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract In this paper, cluster sampling is applied to four-class students in Grade Two of Wuhan Shipai Ridge Vocational Senior High School, in order to measure the indexes of their resilience. Through the analysis of data, the writer finds that the group score of resilience is below 3.0 level, which can be perceived as a relatively low standard. According to specific performance, the external protective factors which consist of parental/scholastic expectation as well as solicitude are expected to enhance. Meanwhile, as for internal protective factors, exponents need to be improved on individual self-efficacy and optimistic sense. In the face of adversity, the students tend to cope with it by means of negative mentality. In terms of the problems above, assisted by domestic and foreign theories and practices, the writer takes the actual needs and characteristics of vocational students into account. Consequently, the theme activity of ‘Gelivable youth, colourful success’ is planned to enhance resilience, including general resilience capability of the construction of communication, cooperation, friendship and conflict; individual resisting traits of the construction regarding self identity, solution ability, confidence, care and relationship between genders. At the same time, the ‘growth sky’ experience which gives practical suggestions on family and school is learnt from Hong Kong related institutions. The theme activity aims to be carried out by the main form of group activity. As a result of this activity, members of the group have obtained an energetic growth including mutual concern, encouragement and support whilst sense of identity and confidence has been improved to some extent, that is to say the resilience has been enhanced obviously.
