Thesis Submitted to Hebei University of Technology for The Master Degree of Corporate Management STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF ENTERPRISE NETWORK LEARNING OF SME ON THE TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION PERFORMANCE OF ENTERPRISE --A CACE OF JINZHOU TEXTILE CLUSTER by Mei Yiran Supervisor：Prof. Yu Shujiang December 2014 摘 要 随着世界经济的全球化发展，企业集群现象引起了国内外学术界的广泛关注， 河北省中小企业集群也取得了显著的发展。同时，随着对组织学习理论研究的深入， 结合集群网络特点，集群内企业网络学习的重要性也越来越得到人们的认可。就现 有文献来看，国内诸多学者在集群内企业网络学习方面的研究，大多集中在通过理 论分析给出政策建议，实证研究相对较少。本研究运用实证方法研究集群内企业网 络学习对企业创新绩效影响，对丰富该领域理论研究内容具有较重要的意义，同时 对指导河北省中小企业集群提高创新绩效，实现持续健康发展具有一定的借鉴意义。 本文首先回顾了前人的相关研究成果，总结了企业集群网络理论和组织学习理 论，引出集群内企业网络学习相关概念，在此基础上对企业网络学习和企业创新绩 效理论做出综述；其次，通过分析集群企业网络学习的 6 个途径，提出其对企业技 术创新绩效两个维度影响的 18 个研究假设；然后，结合前人研究成果设计调查问卷， 在对收回有效问卷的数据进行信效度检验后，利用 SPSS17.0 软件处理数据，并对集 群企业网络学习与企业技术创新绩效做相关及回归分析，以验证研究假设；最后， 根据数据处理结果，分析假设接受情况，在这基础之上总结并解释了研究结论，指 出了本研究的局限性及研究展望。 本研究所得结论主要有：（1）中小企业集群的网络特性使得集群具有一些特定 的创新优势，而创新资源共享率与利用率的提高可以通过企业网络学习实现。（2） 集群企业网络学习是组织学习于网络情境中的应用，从集群网络节点和企业学习途 径的角度来考虑，集群企业的网络学习可以分为企业与本地客户、本地供应商、本 地竞争者、大学/科研机构、本地中介机构和地方政府等的学习。（3）从理论上分析， 集群企业网络学习对于企业技术创新绩效具正向促进作用，对晋州纺织企业集群的 实证分析也验证了集群企业与网络内各节点的学习均对企业技术创新绩效产生了正 向促进效果。 关键字：企业集群；集群网络；企业网络学习；技术创新绩效 I PAGE PAGE VI III III ABSTRACT With the development of economic globalization and information technology， enterprise cluster caused widespread concern in academic circles at home and abroad．In recent years，the development of Hebei SME cluster has achieved remarkable results．At the same time，with the deepening of research on organizational learning theory and combining with network characteristics of enterprise cluster，the importance of online learning within enterprises is getting more and more of peoples approval．In the existing literature，many researches of the domestic scholars for enterprises on the network learning use mostly theoretical analysis and give policy advice，but research using empirical analysis are relatively small．This study uses empirical method to study the network learning effect enterprises inside a cluster on e
