慢性乙型肝炎患者乙型肝炎病毒DNA载量与血清e抗原关系研究 　　摘要：目的 分析慢性乙型肝炎患者乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）DNA载量与血清e抗原（HBeAg）的关系。方法 选择我院于2013年1月～2016年1月收治的90例慢性初治乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象，采用时间分辨荧光仪检测患者血清HBeAg水平；采用荧光定量PCR法检测HBV-DNA载量。分析HBV-DNA载量与血清HBeAg的关系。结果 90例患者经血清HBeAg检测后，62例为阳性，阳性率为68.89%，28例检测结果呈阴性，阴性率为31.11%。血清HBeAg阴性者HBV-DNA载量对数值明显低于阳性者，差异显著（P0.05）；根据HBV-DNA载量检测结果将所有患者分成4组，HBV-DNA载量Ⅰ组Ⅱ组Ⅲ组Ⅳ组，差异显著（P0.05）。结论 HBV-DNA载量会随着血清HBeAg水平的升高而逐渐呈现出增加的趋势，HBeAg水平可作为评估乙型肝炎患者HBV-DNA载量的指标。 　　关键词：慢性乙型肝炎；HBV-DNA载量；血清HBeAg 　　中图分类号：R512.62；R446.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）17-0175-02 Study on the Relationship between Hepatitis B Virus DNA Load and Serum e Antigen in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B 　　ZHU Jia-wen 　　（Department of Laboratory Medicine，Maternal and Child Health Hospital，Xianning 437000，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To analyze the relationship between hepatitis B virus（HBV）DNA load and serum e antigen（HBeAg）in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 90 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects，the level of serum HBeAg was detected by time resolved fluorescence spectrometer，and the amount of HBV-DNA was detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR.The relationship between HBV-DNA load and serum HBeAg was analyzed.Results 90 cases of patients with the serum HBeAg detection，62 cases were positive， the positive rate was 68.89%，28 cases of the test results were negative，the negative rate of 31.11%.The HBV-DNA load of serum negative HBeAg was significantly lower than that of positive（P0.05）；according to HBV-DNA load test results of all patients were divided into four groups，HBV-DNA load Ⅰ groupⅡ groupⅢ groupⅣ group，the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The HBV-DNA load will gradually increase with the increase of serum HBeAg level，and the HBeAg level can be used as an indicator of HBV-DNA load in hepatitis B patients. 　　Key words：Chronic hepatitis B；HBV-DNA load；Serum HBeAg 　　慢性乙型肝炎是一种严重危害人类健康的传染性疾病，由感染乙型肝炎病毒而造成肝细胞炎症与坏死，生化指标出现异常、组织学
