成人肱骨远端复杂粉碎性骨折手术临床治疗研究 　　[摘要] 目的 剖析成人肱骨远端复杂粉碎性骨折的手术方法及效果。方法 整群选取2013年7月―2015年10月，该院接收的64例成人肱骨远端复杂粉碎性骨折者随机分成研究组与对照组，每组32例。两组都行切开复位治疗，研究组应用双钢板螺钉内固定法，对照组应用Y型钢板内固定法。观察两组治疗效果，比较并发症发生率与疗效优良率。结果研究组的优良率为90.64%，对照组为78.12%。研究组明显高于对照组。两组对比，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组并发症发生率为3.13%，对照组为18.75%。研究组明显低于对照组。两组对比，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 成人肱骨远端复杂粉碎性骨折采用切开复位双钢板螺钉内固定术，疗效好，并发症少，值得借鉴。 　　[关键词] 粉碎性骨折；手术；肱骨远端；治疗效果；双钢板螺钉内固定 　　[中图分类号] R274.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）08（c）-0087-03 　　Adult Humerus Distal Complex Comminuted Fracture Surgery Clinical Research 　　LIANG Bo 　　Department of orthopedics ，Shiyan Taihe Hospital Wudang Mountains branch， Shiyan， Hubei Province， 442714 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the distal humerus in adults complex comminuted fracture of surgical method and effect. Methods Group selection the object of study in July 2013 to October 2015， our hospital received 64 cases of adult humeral distal complex comminuted fracture are randomly divided into research group and control group， 32 cases for each group. Two groups will do open reduction treatment， the team applied double steel screw internal fixation method， the control group used Y type plate internal fixation method. Observe two groups of treatment effect， more complications and the rate of good curative effect. Results Group was 90.64%， the control group was 78.12%. The group is significantly higher than the control group. Compared the two groups， the difference statistically significant （P 0.05）. Compared the two groups， the difference statistically significant （P 0.05）.
