微创经皮钢板固定术治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折患者效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析胫骨远端关节外骨折患者行微创经皮钢板固定术治疗的效果。 方法 方便选取该院2014年8月―2015年8月收治的胫骨远端关节外骨折90例患者资料进行回顾性分析，根据治疗所用不同方案分成两组，将行交锁髓内钉治疗38例患者设为对照组，将行微创经皮钢板固定术治疗52例患者设为观察组，对比两组临床指标、踝关节功能与并发症。 结果 观察组手术时间和骨折愈合时间均比对照组短，观察组Mazur评分均比对照组优，且总并发症率3.85%比对照组28.95%低（P0.05）。 结论 胫骨远端关节外骨折患者行微创经皮钢板固定术治疗可缩短手术与骨折愈合时间，恢复患者踝关节功能，并减少并发症发生，可应用于临床。 　　[关键词] 胫骨远端关节外骨折；交锁髓内钉；微创经皮钢板固定术 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）04（a）-0062-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of mini-invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in treatment of patients with distal tibial extra-articular fracture. Methods The data of 90 cases of patients with distal tibial extra-articular fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to the different treatment plans， the control group （38 cases） were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail， the observation group （52 cases） were treated with mini-invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis， the clinical indexes， functions of ankle joint and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group， the Mazur score in the observation group was better than that in the control group， and the total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， （3.85% vs 28.95%）， P0.05. Conclusion Mini-invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in treatment of patients with distal tibial extra-articular fracture can shorten the operation time and fracture healing time， recover the function of ankle joint and reduce the occurrence of the complications， which can be used in clinic. 　　[Key words] Distal tibial extra-articular fracture； Interlocking intramedullary nail； Mini-invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis 　　胫骨骨折为软组织类损伤性疾病，胫骨远端关节外骨折在临床上较常见，其临床治疗方式多样，包含手术与非手术治疗，考虑机体股骨下端处软组织的覆盖少，血运不佳，易使骨折不完全愈合，建议采取手术治疗，
