糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白及β2―微球蛋白联合检验在2型糖尿病早期肾损害中的应用研究 　　摘要：目的 观察在2型糖尿病早期肾损害中糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白及β2-微球蛋白联合检验的诊断价值。方法 选择2015年9月～2016年9月于我院诊治的124例2型糖尿病肾损害患者临床资料（设观察组），另取同期我院体检的100例健康者（设对照组），两组均行生化指标检测，比较各组间的HbAlc、mALB、尿β2-MG检验水平及阳性率、DN发病率。结果 观察组HbAlc、mALB、尿β2-MG含量均比对照组高，且HbAlc阳性率42.74%、mALB阳性率39.52%、尿β2-MG阳性率25.00%均比对照组高（P0.05）。结论 通过联合检验HbAlc、mALB、尿β2-MG的水平可准确判断2型糖尿病早期是否发生肾损害，且随着HbAlc的水平增加，mALB、尿β2-MG含量呈上升趋势，有助于判断病情程度。 　　关键词：HbAlc；mALB；尿β2-MG；2型糖尿病；肾损害；诊断价值 　　中图分类号：R587.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）16-0056-02 　　Application of Glycosylated Hemoglobin，Urinary Albumin and β2-microglobulin in Early Renal Damage of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus 　　ZHU Jia-wen 　　（Department of Laboratory Medicine，Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xianan District，Xianning 437000，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the diagnostic value of glycosylated hemoglobin， urinary microalbumin and β2-microglobulin in early renal damage of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From September 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital 124 cases of type 2 diabetic renal damage in patients with clinical data（observation group），another 100 cases of healthy physical examination in our hospital（control group），two groups were treated by biochemical tests，were compared between groups HbAlc，mALB， urinary β2-MG test the level and positive rate，the incidence of DN.Results In the observation group，HbAlc，mALB， urinary β2-MG levels were higher than the control group，and the positive rate of HbAlc is 42.74%，the positive rate of mALB was 39.52%，the positive rate of urine β2-MG was 25.00%，higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The level of HbAlc，mALB joint inspection and urinary β2-MG can accurately judge whether the occurrence of type 2 diabetes with early renal damage，and with the increase in the level of HbAlc，mALB and urinary β2-MG content showed an increasing trend，help to determine the disease degree. 　　Key words：HbAlc；mALB；Urinary β2-MG；Type 2 diabetes mellitus；Renal impairment；Diagnostic value 　　随病情的发展，2
