探讨白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂原因和处理技巧 　　摘要：目的 探讨白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂的产生的原因和处理技巧。方法 选取我院眼科自2011年6月～2014年6月收治的白内障超声乳化吸出及后房型人工晶体术1200眼作为研究对象，对其中发生后囊破裂情形、原因、处理技巧进行分析研究。结果 本组病例在手术中发生后囊破裂的患者68眼，其中后发生在发生于水分离时3只眼，超声乳化时为45眼，发生在注吸皮质时15眼，发生在植入人工晶体时5眼。术中恰当处置后全部植入人工晶体，随访3～6个月视力在0.5以上的患者52眼，视力在0.2以上者16眼，均未发生严重的并发症。结论 白内障超声乳化手术中并发后囊破裂不可避免，技术娴熟尽可能减少，一旦发生及时发现并采取正确的处理是提高手术效果的关键。 　　关键词：白内障；超声乳化手术；后囊破裂 　　Cause Analysis and Treatment Techniques of Capsular Rupture During Cataract Phacoemulsification 　　YIN Cheng-jian 　　（Department of Ophthalmology，Wusheng County Peoples Hospital，Guangan 638400，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the causes and treatment techniquesproduce capsular rupture during cataract phacoemulsification. Methods Selected the Department of ophthalmology in our hospital from 2011 June～2014 year in June from phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in 1200 eyes as the research object， carried on the analysis to the one occurrence of posterior capsular rupture situation， causes， treatment techniques. Results In this group of patients in the surgical capsule rupture occurred in 68 eyes after the patients， after which occurred in the water separation occurred in 3 eyes phacoemulsification in 45 eyes， occurred in the injection and suction cortex in 15 eyes， 5 eyes occurred in the implantation of artificial crystal. Proper disposal of all operation after the implantation of artificial lens， the follow-up of 3-6 months， the vision in more than 0.5 patients 52 eyes，visual acuity at more than 0.2 in 16 eyes， there were no serious complications.
