自体脂肪移植治疗难治性创面的效果 　　[摘要]目的 观察分析自体脂肪移植治疗难治性创面的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年12月我院收治的96例面部严重组织缺损，按随机数字表法分为A组（n=48）和B组（n=48），A组患者给予自体脂肪颗粒联合富血小板血浆治疗，B组患者给予自体脂肪颗粒联合富血小板纤维蛋白治疗。结果 B组患者的治疗优良率显著高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；B组患者二次填充率10.42%显著低于A组的25.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；B组患者的面部填充满意度97.92%显著高于A组的89.58%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 自体脂肪颗粒联合富血小板纤维蛋白栓塞治疗严重面部组织缺损疗效确切。二次面部填充率低，满意度高。具有临床应用价值。 　　[关键词]面部组织严重缺损；自体脂肪颗粒移植术；富血小板血浆；富血小板纤维蛋白 　　[中图分类号] R622 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（c）-0030-03 　　Effect of autologous fat transplantation on the treatment of refractory wounds 　　SUN June-feng ZENG Hao TU Jia-jin 　　Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery，Ganzhou Peoples Hospital，Jiangxi Province，Ganzhou 341000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of autologous fat transplantation in the treatment of refractory wounds methods patients with severe facial tissue defect.Methods 96 cases from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were caused by traffic accident，were randomly divided group A（n=48）and group B（n=48）.group A of patients were treated with autologous fat gransles combined with platelet rich treatment.Group B treated with autologous fat granules combined with platelet rich fibrin treatment.Results The patients in the group B the excellent rate of treatment （85.42%） was significantly higher than that of group A （66.67%），two groups had significant difference（P0.05）.Patients of group B with two times of filling rate of 10.42% was significantly lower than that of group A （25.00%），two groups had significant difference（P0.05）.Facial filler satisfaction （97.92%） of group B was significantly higher than 89.58% of group A，with significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Autologous fat geanules combined with rich clinical efficacy of platelet fibrin treatment accident caused serious facial tissue defent wound signicantly，two facical filling rate is low，higher satisfaction，is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words]Severe facial tissue defe
