老年高血压合并抑郁患者抗抑郁治疗后的血压改变情况分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨老年高血压合并抑郁患者抗抑郁治疗后的血压改变情况。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年12月我院收治的168例老年高血压合并抑郁患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组，每组各84例，观察组患者给予度洛西汀，对照组患者给予度洛西汀模拟药，疗程均为4周。比较两组患者的血压治疗效果、治疗前及治疗后汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、舒张压和收缩压以及治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果 观察组患者血压治疗的总有效率（95.24%）高于对照组（85.71%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；经治疗后，两组患者的HAMD和HAMA评分、舒张压及收缩压均显著降低，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 老年高血压合并抑郁患者给予抗抑郁治疗有助于降低患者的血压水平。 　　[关键词]老年；高血压；抑郁；抗抑郁治疗 　　[中图分类号] R969.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（a）-0041-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the changes of blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension and depression after antidepressant treatment.Methods Altogether 168 cases of elderly patients with hypertension and depression who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects，and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，84 cases in each group.The observation group was given Duloxetine，and the control group was given Duloxetine analog medicine.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The treatment effect of blood pressure，pre-operational and post-operational Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA），Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD），diastolic and systolic blood pressure and intra-operational adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of blood pressure treatment of the observation group （95.24%） was higher than that in the control group （85.71%），with statistically significant difference （P0.05）.The post-operational HAMD，HAMA，diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of two groups of patients were significantly decreased，and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P0.05）.Conclusion Antidepressant treatment can reduce the blood pressure level in elderly patients with hypertension and depression. 　　[Key words]Elderly；Hypertension；Depression；Antidepressant treatment 　　高血压是常见的慢性疾病，多见于老年患者，近年来研究提示，长时间紧张焦虑、心理抑
