浅析延续护理干预对乳腺癌术后患者生命质量影响 　　【摘要】 目的 分析乳腺癌术后应用延续护理干预对患者生命质量的影响。方法 88例行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者， 随机分为观察组和对照组， 每组44例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预， 观察组患者在对照组护理基础上给予延续护理干预， 评价两组患者护理前后的生命质量。结果 护理前， 两组患者生命质量评分比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；护理后， 观察组患者生理状况（22.1±4.7）分、社会或家庭状况（20.2±5.0）分、情感状况（16.4±4.1）分、功能状况（16.1±4.8）分、附加关注（23.9±4.9）分， 对照组患者生理状况（17.8±4.8）分、社会或家庭状况（15.4±4.6）分、情感状况（12.8±3.9）分、功能状况（12.4±4.9）分、附加关注（19.9±5.2）分， 护理后观察组患者生命质量评分高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 给予乳腺癌患者延续护理干预后， 可提高患者术后的生命质量。 　　【关键词】 延续护理干预；乳腺癌；生命质量 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.06.078 　　【Abstract】 Objective To analyze influence by continuous nursing intervention on quality of life in patients after breast cancer operation. Methods A total of 88 patients with breast cancer in operation treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 44 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention， and the observation group received additional continuous nursing intervention to nursing for the control group. Evaluation was made on quality of life before and after nursing in the two groups. Results Before nursing， there was no statistically significant difference of quality of life score between the two groups （P0.05）. After nursing， the observation group had physiological status score as （22.1±4.7） points， 　　society or family status score as （20.2±5.0） points， emotional status score as （16.4±4.1） points， functional status score as （16.1±4.8） points， and additional attention score as （23.9±4.9） points. The control group had physiological status score as （17.8±4.8） points， society or family status score as （15.4±4.6） points， emotional status score as （12.8±3.9） points， functional status score as （12.4±4.9） points， and additional attention score as （19.9±5.2） points. The observation group had higher quality of life scores after nursing than the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）.
