无痛胃肠镜下消化道息肉切除术护理体会 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨无痛胃肠镜下消化道息肉切除术的护理方法及体会。方法：选取2016年9月1日-2017年7月31日在笔者所在医院治疗的205例消化道息肉患者作为研究对象，并在随机数字抽样法下将其分为人数分别为102、103例的对照组和观察组两组。其中对照组患者实施常规的护理模式，观察组患者则在此基础上再实施护理干预模式，护理后对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组患者的并发症发生情况、住院时间均优于对照组患者，且观察组患者的护理满意度（96.1%）也明显高于对照组患者的护理满意度（88.2%），以上差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对消化道息肉患者在手术的整个进程中实施护理干预措施，效果显著、有利于患者的健康恢复，值得被大力推广和使用。 　　【关键词】 无痛胃肠镜； 消化道息肉切除术； 护理干预模式 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.30.054 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）30-0108-02 　　Nursing Experience of Painless Gastrointestinal Resection of Gastrointestinal Polypectomy/LUO Yu.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（30）：108-109 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the nursing methods and experience of painless gastrointestinal resection of gastrointestinal polypectomy.Method：A total of 205 patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated in our hospital from September 1，2016 to July 31，2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number sampling method，102 patients in the control group and 103 patients in the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode.The observation group was followed by nursing intervention mode.After nursing，the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result：The incidence of complications and the length of hospitalization in the observation group were better than those in the control group，and the nursing satisfaction（96.1%） of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（88.2%），the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention measures are carried out in the whole process of digestive tract polyps，and the effect is significant，which is beneficial to the healthy recovery of patients.It is worthy to be popularized and used. 　　【Key words】 Painless gastrointestinal microscope； Gastrointestinal polypectomy； Nursing intervention mode 　　First-author’s address：First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Tech
