无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜在消化道疾病中临床应用 　　[摘要]目的 比较无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜在消化道疾病中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2015年9月～2017年6月收治的396例消化道疾病患者，按其选择检查方式的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组198例。观察组予以无痛胃肠镜检查，对照组采用常规胃肠镜检查。记录比较两组胃肠镜检查前、中、后患者的心率、血压及血氧饱和度（SpO2）变化情况，检查过程中不良反应发生情况，并比较两组检查效果。结果 观察组在各时间点的心率、血压、SpO2均无明显变化（P0.05），且术中、术后心率和血压均显著优于对照组（P0.05）。?^察组不良反应发生率为10.10%，显著低于对照组的57.58%（P0.01）。检查效果观察组优良率为93.93%，显著优于对照组的77.28%（P0.01）。结论 与常规胃肠镜对比，无痛胃肠镜痛苦小，不良反应率低，患者依从性更高，值得进一步临床推广。 　　[关键词]无痛胃肠镜，常规胃肠镜，消化道疾病 　　[中图分类号] R571 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（b）-0030-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To compare the effect of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy in digestive tract diseases.Methods 396 digestive tract diseases patients from September 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into two groups according to different check mode，and each group was 198 cases.Patients in observation group were used painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and the control group were used conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy.The changes of heart rate，blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation（SpO2） in the two groups before，during and after the examination were recorded and compared.The adverse reactions in the course of the examination were compared，and the results of the two groups were compared.Results The heart rate，blood pressure and SpO2 of the observation group did not change significantly at each time point （P0.05）；The heart rate and blood pressure during operation and after operation were significantly better than those in the control group （P0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse effect in observation group was 10.10%，significant lower than that was 57.58% in control group （P0.01）.In the examination，the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 93.93%，which was significantly better than that of the control group （77.28%） （P0.01）.Conclusion Compared with routine gastrointestinal endoscopy，painless gastrointestinal endoscopy has less pain，lower rate of adverse reactions，higher compl
