更昔洛韦联合银翘散治疗手足口病疗效分析 　　【摘要】目的：观察更昔洛韦与银翘散联合治疗手足口病患儿的疗效与护理方法。方法：选取160例手足口病患儿，将其随机分为两组，每组各80例。对照组给予更昔洛韦治疗，观察组采用更昔洛韦与银翘散联合治疗，两组护理措施完全相同。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、住院时间、症状消失时间。结果：①观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%，对照组治疗总有效率为81.25%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。②观察组的症状消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在相同护理操作下，更昔洛韦与银翘散联合治疗能够有效改善手足口病患儿的病情，缩短症状消失时间与住院时间，取得更好的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】更昔洛韦；银翘散；手足口病；护理方法；治疗效果 　　【中图分类号】R511 【文献标志码】 A 【文章编号】1007-8517（2016）08-0110-02 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing methods of ganciclovir combined with Yinqiao Powder in the treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease.Methods Select our hospital the clinical data of 160 cases of children with hand， foot and mouth disease cases， children were randomly divided into two groups， each group has 80 cases of children.Control group to give more wast， respectively.there treatment， observation group adopt more yesterday and fructus forsythiae are scattered combination therapy， respectively.there is identical to that of two groups of nursing measures.
