枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊蒙脱石散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊+蒙脱石散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2011年12月～2012年11月收治的56例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的临床资料进行研究分析，并按患者住院尾号奇偶数分为治疗组（28例）和对照组（28例），对照组患者采用枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊进行治疗，治疗组患者采用枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊+蒙脱石散进行治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 治疗组患者治疗的总有效率（96.43%）显著高于对照组（71.43%），治疗组患者随访4周后复发率（7.14%）显著低于对照组（32.14%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊+蒙脱石散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征具有持续性的效果，可以显著改善患者的腹泻，并不易复发。 　　[关键词] 枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊；蒙脱???散；腹泻型肠易激综合征；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R975 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（c）-0095-02 　　Clinical analysis of bacillus dubtilis and rnterococcus gaecium rnteric-coated capsule vombinrf with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome 　　AI Xin-de 　　Department of Internal Medicine，Pogan Township Hospital of Dongxiang County in Jiangxi Province，Dongxiang 331800，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the clinical effects of bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsule combining with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome.Methods Clinical data from 56 patients admitted into our hospital from December 2011 to November 2012 were received and analyzed.They were equally divided into treatment group and control group by admission number in odd or even.In the control group，patients were treated by bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsule，while in the treatment group，on the basis of treatment in the control group，montmorillonite powder was additional provided.The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.43%，which was superior to 71.43% in the control group.The incidence of recurrence after 4-week follow-up visit in the treatment group was 7.14%，which was greatly lower than 32.14% in the control group，with statistical difference （P0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of diarrhea-predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome，combination of bacillu
