枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌和二甲硅油治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征作用评价 　　[摘要] 目的:观察枯草杆菌、屎肠球菌二联活菌联合二甲硅油对肠易激综合征的治疗效果。方法:治疗组服用枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌、二甲硅油,对照组服用硝苯地平、蒙脱石散,于4周、8周时分别观察疗效。结果:4周时治疗组显效率为44%,对照组为29%,组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组总有效率为73%,对照组为43%,组间差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。8周时治疗组的显效率为68%,对照组为34%,组间差异有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗组总有效率为83%,对照组为57%,组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌联合二甲硅油对多数腹泻型肠易激综合征患者有确切的疗效。 　　[关键词] 枯草杆菌;屎肠球菌;二甲硅油;肠易激综合征 　　[中图分类号] R574[文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210(2010)02(b)-064-02 　　 　　Clinical evaluation with live combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium combined with Dimethicone on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome 　　LI Jianzhou 　　(Department of Gastroenterology, Qidu Hospital of Zibo City, Zibo 255400, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To observe the curative effect of live combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules combined with Dimethicone on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (D-IBS). Methods: 76 patients with D-IBS were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group was treated with live combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules and Dimethicone, the control group was treated with Dioctahedral Smectite and Nifedipine. The treatment period was 4 weeks and 8 weeks.Results: The obvious effective rate of the treated group and control group at 4 week were 44% and 29%, there was no significant difference between them (P0.05), the total effective rate were 73% and 43%, there was significance difference between them (P0.01). The obvious effective rate of the treated group and control group at 8 week were 68% and 34%, there was significant difference between them (P0.01); the total effective rate were 83% and 57%, there was significant difference between them (P0.05).Conclusion: Live combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules combined with Dimethicone has exact curative effect for D-IBS. 　　[Key words] Bacillus Subtilis; Enterococcus Faecium; Dimethicone; Irritable bowel syndrome 　　 　　肠易激综合
