枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒对轮状病毒肠炎患儿血清甘露聚糖结合蛋白水平影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒（妈咪爱）对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿血清甘露聚糖结合蛋白水平的影响及其机制。方法 选择2014年8月～2016年3月我院收治的40例轮状病毒肠炎患儿作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，每组各20例。对照组患儿予常规治疗，观察组患儿采用妈咪爱加常规治疗，另选取同期在本院健康体检的20例婴幼儿作为健康组，服用妈咪爱。比较三组患儿药物治疗前后MBP水平的变化。结果 治疗前，观察组、对照组患儿的MBP与健康组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 轮状病毒肠炎可造成血清MBP水平降低，随着轮状病毒肠炎治愈，MBP可逐渐增多，虽然妈咪爱对MBP并没有直接作用，但是妈咪爱在治疗轮状病毒性肠炎及提高轮状病毒性肠炎患儿免疫力方面仍然有明显疗效，值得临床选择。 　　[关键词]轮状病毒肠炎；甘露聚糖结合蛋白；妈咪爱 　　[中图分类号] R725.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（a）-0117-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines （Medilac-Vita） on mannan-binding protein level of the infants with rotavirus enteritis.Methods Forty infants with ratavirus enteritis admitted by our hospital from August 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups，each with 20 cases.The children in the control group were given only routine treatment，the children of the observation group were treated with Medilac-Vita and routine treatment，and the 20 infants who underwent health examination in the hospital were selected as healthy group at the same time.Changes in MBP levels were compared before and after the treatment of three groups.Results Before treatment，the MBP of the observation group and the control group were compared with the healthy group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Raravirus enteritis can cause the decline of MBP level in sera.With the cure of raravirus enteritis，MBP increases gradually.Medilac-Vita has no direct effect on MBP，however Medilac-Vita has obvious curative effect on the treatment of raravirus enteritis and can strengthen immune system of infants with raravirus enteritis，which is worthy of being applied in clinical practice. 　　[Key words]Rotavirus enteritis；Mannan-binding protein；Medilac-Vita 　　?状病毒肠炎是婴幼儿秋冬季节常见的由轮状病毒（rotavirus，RV）所造成的肠道内感染，不仅常并发脱水、酸中毒及电解质紊乱，而且轮状病毒感染亦可侵犯多个脏器，导致全身，包括神经、呼吸、心
