气阴两虚心悸应用中医治疗临床观察 　　【摘要】目的：分析研究气阴两虚心悸患者通过中医进行治疗的方法以及治疗效果，为临床提供依据。方法：选取2013年2月到2014年2月气阴两虚型心悸患者资料74例实施回顾性分析，将74例患者随机分为两组，观察组37例，对照组37例，对照组患者通过西药盐酸美西律片进行治疗，观察组患者通过中药炙甘草汤加减量进行治疗，比较观察组和对照组患者治疗之后的症状改善情况，将结果进行统计学分析。结果：两组患者经过1个疗程的治疗之后，观察组患者临床症状改善显著优于对照组患者，观察组患者治疗有效率为94.59%，对照组为81.08%，观察组治疗效果显著高于对照组患者（P0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：针对气阴两虚型心悸患者采取炙甘草汤进行治疗，能够显著减少患者的早搏次数，使患者临床症状得到改善，药物不良反应少，应该在临床中大力推广使用。 　　【关键词】气阴两虚型；心悸；中医；炙甘草汤 　　【Abstract 】 ： Objective： To analysis the study of qi and Yin two modest nervous patients through the methods and therapeutic effect of TCM treatment， provide the basis for clinical. Selection methods： Between February 2013 and February 2013， qi and Yin deficiency type palpitations patients 74 cases were retrospectively analyzed， 74 patients were randomly divided into two groups， the observation group of 37 cases， control group of 37 cases， control group patients treated by western medicine mexiletine hydrochloride， the observation group of patients treated by traditional Chinese medicine main licorice tonga deweighting， comparative observation group and control group after treatment in patients with symptoms improve the situation， the results were statistically analyzed. Results：Two groups of patients after one course of treatment， the observation group of patients with clinical symptoms improved significantly better than the control group patients， the observation group of patients treatment effective rate of 94.59%， the control for 81.08%， observe the treatment effect is significantly higher than the control group patients （P 0.05）， with statistical significance. Conclusion： In view of qi and Yin deficiency type palpitations patients take main licorice soup treatment， can significantly reduce the number of premature beat patients， improve clinical symptoms， less adverse drug reaction， should be popularized in clinical use. 　　【Key words】 ： Qi and Yin deficiency type； Heart palpitations.
