氨茶碱联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗中重度稳定期COPD研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究分析氨茶碱联合布地奈德/福莫特罗治疗中重度稳定期COPD的临床效果。方法：选取2015年6月-2016年7月本院收治的中重度稳定期COPD患者120例，以1∶1形式分为对照组与研究组，各60例。对照组给予布地奈德/福莫特罗进行治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合氨茶碱进行治疗，治疗6个月后比较两组患者呼吸困难症状、肺功能、血气分析、不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，研究组的SGRQ评分、肺功能及血气分析指标均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：氨茶碱联合布地奈德/福莫特罗治疗中重度稳定期COPD临床效果显著，可有效缓解患者呼吸困难症状，改善肺功能，不良反应轻，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 氨茶碱； 布地奈德/福莫特罗； 中重度； 稳定期； COPD 　　Study of Aminophylline Combined with Budesonide/Formoterol in the Treatment of Moderate to Severe Stable COPD/LIU Yan-xiu，MO Bi-hua，QU Chang-chun，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（09）：100-103 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of Aminophylline combined with Budesonide/Formoterol in the treatment of moderate to severe stable COPD.Method：120 patients with moderate to severe stable COPD admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2016 were selected，they were divided into control group and research group in the form of 1∶1，60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide/Formoterol，the research group in the control group based on the combination of Aminophylline，after 6 months of treatment，the symptoms of dyspnea，pulmonary function，blood gas analysis and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result：After treatment，the SGRQ score，lung function and blood gas analysis index in research group were better than those in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Aminophylline combined with Budesonide/Formoterol in the treatment of moderate to severe stable COPD excellent clinical effect，can effectively relieve dyspnea symptoms，improve lung function，low adverse reaction，high safety，it is worthy of extensive promotion and application. 　　【Key words】 Aminophylline； Budesonide/Formoterol； Moderate to severe； Stable phase； Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 　　First-author’s address：Yunfu People’s Hospital，Yunfu 527300，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2017.09.028 　　慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）?槁?性进行性疾
