氨茶碱联合布地奈德吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效研究 　　【摘要】 目的：观察氨茶碱联合布地奈德吸入治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期的临床疗效。方法：选择2011年6月-2013年6月54例COPD患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，各27例，对照组给予布地奈德治疗，观察组给予氨茶碱联合布地奈德吸入，6个月后观察两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗一个疗程后，两组FEV1、FVC和PaO2均有升高，PaCO2下降，但观察组更加明显，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（t= 9.331、4.678、10.042、4.952，P0.05）。两组患者的临床疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（Z=-2.414，P=0.0160.05）；观察组显效率为85.2%，对照组为55.6%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（字2=5.684，P=0.0170.05）。结论：氨茶碱联合布地奈德吸入治疗COPD能更有效缓解病情，改善肺功能，值得临床中推广应用。 　　【关键词】 氨茶碱； 慢性阻塞性肺疾病； 布地奈德； 肺功能 　　中图分类号 R563 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）19-0028-02 　　Study of the Effect of Aminophylline Combinated with Budesonide Inhalation in the Treatmeng of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease/LI Ai-min.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（19）：28-29 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Aminophylline combinated with Budesonide inhalation in the treatmeng of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） with stability period.Method：54 patients with COPD from June 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into control group（n=27） and observation group（n=27），patients in the control group were given Budesonide，patients in the observation group were given Aminophylline and Budesonide inhalation，the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed after 6 months.Result：After a course of treatment，FEV1，FVC and PaO2 increased，PaCO2 decreased in both two groups，but the more obvious in the observation group compared with the control group，there were statistically significant（t=9.331，4.678，10.042，4.952，P0 05）.About the clinical efficacy in the two groups，there was statistically significant（Z=-2.414，P=0.0160.05）.The effective rate was 85.2% in the observation group，and 55.6% in the control group，there was statistically significant（字2=5.684，P=0.0170.05）.Conclusion：Aminophylline combinated with Budesonide inhalation for treating COPD can alleviate the condition more effectively，improve lung function，is worthy to clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Aminophylline； Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease； Budesonide； Lung fu
