环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果。 方法 将本院2009年12月～2010年12月收治的90例乳腺纤维瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别予以环乳晕切口治疗和传统放射状切口治疗，对两组患者的满意度、并发症发生情况进行比较。 结果 观察组患者对治疗后美容效果的满意度（97.78%）明显高于对照组（86.67%）（P0.05）；观察组患者的不良反应和并发症的发生率明显低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果显著，有效提高了患者的满意度及康复率，改善了患者的生活质量，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 环乳晕切口；传统放射状切口；乳腺纤维瘤；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R737.9 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（c）-0193-02 　　Clinical analysis of surround-mammary areola incision in the treatment of mammary gland fibroma 　　HAN Gen-lin 　　Department of General Surgery，Central Hospital of Taiyangshen Town in Xiushui County in Jiangxi Pronvince，Xiushui 332400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surround-mammary areola incision in treatment of mammary gland fibroma. Methods 90 patients with mammary gland fibroma treated in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2010 were selected and divided randomly into the observation group and control group.The observation group and control group was given the treatment of surround-mammary areola incision and traditional radial incision respectively.The satisfaction degree and occurrence of complication were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction degree of cosmetic result in the observation group（97.78%） was significantly higher than of the control group（86.67%）（P0.05）.The rates of adverse reaction and complications in the observation group were both significantly lower than those of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of the surround-mammary areola incision in treatment of mammary gland fibroma is very significant，it can increases the satisfaction degree and recovery rate of patients，improves the patient′s living quality，which should be applied in clinic. 　　[Key words] Surround-mammary areola incision；Traditional radial incision；Mammary gland fibroma；Clinical effect 　　乳腺纤维瘤是最具代表性的乳腺良性肿瘤，是一种常见的乳房疾病，其发生与雌激素刺激有关，所以很少发生在月经来潮前或绝经后的妇女中。本病虽然为乳腺良性肿瘤，少数可发生恶变[1-2]。20～25岁的青年女性为乳腺纤维瘤的高发群体，乳腺纤维瘤不仅对患者的生理健康造成损害，还严重影响
