纳米骨Y型板在颈椎单开门椎管扩大成形术中应用效果 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨纳米骨Y型板在颈椎单开门椎管扩大成形术中的初步临床疗效。方法：选取2013年12月-2014年12月本院收治的多节段脊髓型颈椎病患者16例作为研究对象，患者均采用颈椎单开门手术，使用纳米骨Y型板作为内固定。记录术中出血量及手术时间，术后对患者进行随访，比较手术前后的JOA、VSA评分。结果：患者手术均顺利进行，术中出血250～700 mL，平均（365.2±86.3）mL，手术时间65～150 min，平均（98.0±14.3）min，术后伤口均达到一期愈合；术后平均随访（11.8±2.3）个月，随访时复查MRI和X?片显示，患者均不存在“再关门”现象，且未出现断板、断钉及螺钉松动现象，内固定位置良好患者术后JOA、VAS评分均较术前改善明显，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：纳米骨Y型板在颈椎单开门内固定术的初步运用中无明显并发症，疗效满意。 　　【关键词】 纳米骨； Y型板； 颈椎单开门 　　Application Effect of Nano-bone Y-shape Plate in Cervical Single Open-door Laminoplasty/ZHU Wenqing，ZOU Na，JI Guanglin，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（35）：037-040 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the preliminary clinical efficacy of nano-bone Y-shape plate fixation in cervical single open-door laminoplasty.Method：A total of 16 patients with multi-segmental cervical spondylotic myelopathy treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects，they were treated with cervical single open-door laminoplasty，with the nano-bone Y-shape plate as internal fixation.The intraoperative blood loss and operation time were recorded，after the operation，the patients were followed up，and the JOA and VSA scores were compared before and after operation.Result：They were performed successfully，the intraoperative bleeding was 250-700 ml，average（365.2±86.3）mL，and the operation time was 65-150 min，average（98.0±14.3）min，after the operation，the wound reached the first stage of healing.The average follow-up of（11.8±2.3）months after operation，at the time of follow-up，MRI and X-ray showed that there was no“again closing” phenomenon in the patients，and there was no broken plate，broken nail and screw loosening，and the internal fixation was in good position.After operation，the JOA and VAS scores of the patients were better than those of before operation，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The preliminary application of nano-bone Y-shape plate in the internal fixation o
