肌骨超声临床价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察研究肌骨超声的临床价值。 方法 整群2014年7月―2015年7月收治的170例肢体疼痛患者纳入研究，通过彩超扫查患者肩肘、足踝、手腕、髋部、膝部和肌肉肌腱，从不同切面扫查不同体位下的肌肉、关节以及肌腱细微结构。 结果 入组170例患者中阳性结果共计166例，阳性率为97.6%。其中75例为单纯滑囊、滑膜炎，41例为腱鞘炎，22例为肌腱病，11例为肌肉肌腱拉伤，7例为肌腱断裂或撕裂，10例为肌肉撕裂合并血肿形成。余4例检查无阳性提示，占2.4%。 结论 肌骨超声操作简便、价格低廉，具有无创性特点，短期内可重复多次利用，对于细微组织结构处可予以清晰显示，并实现了实时动态性观察和评估运动状态下肌腱以及肌肉的情况，在软组织疾病和肌肉骨骼疾病临床诊断中有重要的参考价值。 　　[关键词] 肢体疼痛；肌骨超声；临床价值 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）04（a）-0184-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and research the clinical value of musculoskeletal ultrasound. Methods 170 cases of patients with limb pains admitted and treated from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research object， the shoulder-elbow， ankle， wrist， hip， knee and muscle-tendon of patients were scanned by color Doppler ultrasound， and the muscle， joint and？tendon？minute structure？in different positions were scanned from different sections. Results 166 cases were positive in the 170 cases， and the positive rate was 97.6%， among them， simple bursal synovitis was in 75 cases， peritendinitis was in 41 cases， tendinopathy was in 22 cases， muscle tendon strain was in 11 cases， tendon rupture or laceration was in 7 cases， muscle rupture combined with hematoma formation was in 10 cases， the other 4 cases were without positive reminder after examination， accounting for 2.4%.
