脂肪颗粒移植注射隆乳临床疗效分析 　　[摘要]目的：探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植注射隆乳的临床疗效。方法：本组所有患者均自大腿部或者下腹部抽取脂肪组织，从100ml的脂肪组织中，提取5ml ADSCs，与填充组织进行均匀混合后，将其注射于乳房内，要求每侧的乳房脂肪注射量控制在200ml，术后对患者乳房隆起值（患者垂直立位乳头根部与前胸壁平面的垂直距离）进行分析，同时对术后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月的隆起值进行分析，对患者乳房隆起效果保持情况及临床效果进行综合评价。结果：本组所有患者均已顺利完成手术，且未出现严重并发症；术前所有患者隆起总值为1 650cm，平均隆起8.42cm，术后所有患者隆起总值为2 650cm，平均隆起值为13.52cm，两者相比，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：脂肪颗粒移植注射隆乳在临床上取得了一定疗效。 　　[关键词]脂肪颗粒；自体脂肪移植；隆乳术；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号]R622.9 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2014）11-0877-03 　　Abstract： Objective To study the clinical curative effect of augmentation mammoplasty by autologous fat transplantation. Methods All patients arroganced leg extraction or lower abdominal adipose tissue， fat tissue for 100 ml， extracted to 5 mladscs （adipose stem cells：adipose derived stem cells）， and filled the organization after mixing， the injection in the breast，with requirements on each side of the breast fat injection quantity control in 200 ml， for patients with postoperative patients with breast uplift value （vertical patients with nipple root perpendicular to the plane of the anterior chest wall distance） were analyzed， at the same time for 2 weeks after operation， 1 month， 3 months， 6 months of uplift value were analyzed， and the effect of the patients with breast uplift situation and the clinical effect were evaluated. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery， and no serious complications occurred.Total cost of the patients with preoperative uplift was 825 cm， with the average elevation value of 8.42 cm. All of the patients after total cost of the uplift was 1325 cm，with the average elevation value of 13.52cm，the comparison had significant difference， with statistically significant （P 0.05）.
