ETI-KJ 中文版问卷量表总分与 CRIES-13 的相关为 0.674**(P 0.01）；与 SCARED 的相关为 0.631**（P0.01）；与 CES-D 的相关为 0.526**（P0.01）；ETI-KJ 中文版问卷各维度与各效标量表相关系数为 0.474-0.681。 4.经主成分因子分析提取 3 个因子，命名为：心理障碍/功能受损，闯入/回避， 紧张敏感/情感麻木。 5.灾区学校组与普通社区学校组儿童青少年在 ETI-KJ 的创伤事件总均数、症状总 分上均有显著差异。 6.焦虑症状阳性组与阴性组被试、不同心理一致感水平的被试在 ETI-KJ 的症状总 分上均有显著差异。 结论： 1．ETI-KJ 问卷中文版有较好的信效度，量表项目质量符合心理测量学要求，可 以推广应用。 2.可以使用 ETI-KJ 量表用于不同青少年群体心理创伤的测量与比较。 关 键 词 ： 儿童青少年，创伤后症状，埃森儿童青少年创伤问卷、信度，效度 The Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Essen Trauma Inventory for Kids and Juveniles Department of Neurology, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology Postgraduate : Ruifang Jiang Supervisor : Prof. Qijia Shi Abstract Object: Validating the Chinese Version of Essen Trauma Inventory for Kids and Juveniles in order to provide a basis for its utility locally in China. Methods: 700 students from the two groups, one was in the earthquake-striken area, another was in the normal community, were surveyed by stratified-cluster random sampling. The CRIES-13, SCARED, CES-D and A-DES was chosen for the criterion validity evaluating. The final version of ETI-KJ in China was developed following the translation and back-translation procedure. The Cronbachs alpha coefficient,constructive validity, discriminate validity, criteria validity were employed for psychometric evaluation. Results: Internal consistency of the Chinese version of ETI-KJ is excellent, Cronbach ɑ of the whole scale was 0.918 and the Cronbach ɑ of the four subscales (intrusion, 4 4 avoidance, hyperarousal, dissociation ) were 0.748, 0.789, 0.708 和 0.753 respectively. The correlation coefficients between various subscales varied from 0.649 to 0.761. The correlation coefficient between the items and the total score were all greater than 0.4 and significant statistically(P0.01) ;the critical value of all the items were greater than 3,and significant statistically(P0.001) .
