肾糖康对糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期合并脂代谢紊乱患者血脂影响临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 观察肾糖康对糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期合并脂代谢紊乱患者血脂的影响，为益气养阴，祛瘀化痰法临床应用提供依据。方法 该研究选择80例早期2型糖尿病肾病证属气阴两虚，痰瘀互阻型的患者。随机分为两组，两组均给予基础治疗。对照组加用依那普利，治疗组加用自拟方肾糖康汤剂。观察两组治疗前后血脂及 尿白蛋白排泄率。 结果 ①两组疗后尿白蛋白排泄率均减低，与该组疗前相比，差异有统计学意义（*P0.05），与对照组疗后相比较，治疗组疗后TC、LDL-C下降，差异有统计学意义（◇P0.05）。 结论 肾糖康能够改善早期DN患者高血脂、减少尿微量白蛋白，延缓糖尿病肾病的病程。 　　[关键词] 早期糖尿病肾病；血脂；尿白蛋白排泄率 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（b）-0160-02 　　Clinical Study on the Effect of ShenTangKang Treating on the Patient with Ⅲstage Diabetic Nephropathy and Lipid Metabolism Disorder 　　ZHANG Xiao-nan 1，ZHANG Qing-jiang2，WANG Xiao-ting1，LIU Si-jia1，ZHAO Shan-shan3 　　1.Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Harbin，Harbin，Heilongjiang Province，150076 China； 2.The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Harbin，Heilongjiang Province，150010 China； 3.The second hospital of Heilongjiang，Harbin，Heilongjiang Province，150010 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of ShenTangKang treating on the Ⅲstage diabetic nephropathy and lipid metabolism disorder. Results Compared with before treatment， urinary albumin excretion rate of the two groups were reduced after treatment， the difference was statistically significant， after the treatment，compared with the control group ， here was no statistical significance in the control group， after the treatment， compared with the control group ， TC， LDL-C of treatment group decreased significantly. but there was no statistical significance in TG. Conclusion Shen tang kang can decrease the levels of TC，，LDL-C and TG，.
