胃镜下钛夹联合注射肾上腺素治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血临床效果分析 　　[摘要]目的 探?胃镜下钛夹联合注射肾上腺素治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床效果。方法 选取2014年1月～2017年1月我院收治的32例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，采取计算机随机数字分组法将患者随机分为对照组与观察组，每组16例。对照组患者施行单纯胃镜下肾上腺素注射治疗，观察组患者施行胃镜下钛夹联合肾上腺素注射治疗。比较两组患者的总有效率、即时止血率、止血时间、退热时间、再出血率、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分。结果 观察组的总有效率、即时止血率均高于对照组（P0.05）；观察组的止血时间、退热时间均短于对照组（P0.05）；观察组的再出血率为0，明显低于对照组的25.00%（P0.05）；观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P0.05）；观察组生活质量的各项评分均高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 胃镜下钛夹联合注射肾上腺素治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果显著，可有效止血、退热，还可减少再出血和不良反应的发生，有利于提高患者的生活质量。 　　[关键词]非静脉曲张性上消化道出血；胃镜；肾上腺素；钛夹 　　[中图分类号] R573.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）1（a）-0031-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic titanium clip combined with Epinephrine Injection in the treatment of non-varicose upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods 32 patients with non-varicose upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the object and they were randomly divided into the control group and observation group using the computer random number grouping method，and there were 16 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given simple endoscopic Epinephrine Injection treatment，while patients in the observation group were given endoscopic titanium clip combined with Epinephrine Injection treatment.The total effective rate，immediate hemostasis rate，hemostasis time，defervescence time，re-bleeding rate，the incidence of adverse reaction and quality of life score were compared in patients between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and the immediate hemostasis rate of the observation group were higher than those of control group （P0.05）.The hemostasis time and defervescence time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group （P0.05）.The re-bleeding rate was 0 in the observation group，which was significantly lower than that of the control group （25.00%）（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control gro
