舒适护理在手术室全程护理中应用及效果评价 　　摘要：目的 评价舒适护理模式在手术室全程护理中的应用效果。方法 我院2012年3月~2013年6月150例择期手术患者随机分组，其中对照组（n=60）于全程护理中的实施常规护理，观察组(n=90)患者实施舒适护理，比较两组患者护理满意度、手术配合度及护理前后SAS评分情况。结果 观察组无不满意现象，对照组护理不满意12例，护理不满意率为20.0%，观察组整体护理满意度明显高于对照组（P0.01）；观察组患者手术主动配合度高达81.10%，显著优于对照组，两组数据间比较差异显著，（P0.05）；两组护理前SAS评分比较差异无显著性，但护理后观察组SAS评分为（29.95±8.52）分，明显低于对照组，两组数据比较具有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论 在手术室全程护理中实施舒适护理效果较好，可改善护理质量，提高患者护理满意度与手术配合度。 　　关键词：舒适护理; 手术室; 全程护理; 效果 　　Application and Evaluation of Effect of Comfortable Nursing Care in Nursing in Operation Room 　　WANG Ying 　　(Operation Room,The Central Hospital of Yongzhou City,Yongzhou 425000,Hunan,China) 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the application effect of comfortable nursing mode in the operating room the whole nursing.
