隐裂性牙髓炎一次性根管治疗临床价值分析 　　【摘要】 目的 研究并探讨一次性根管治疗在隐裂性牙髓炎中的临床价值。方法 100例隐裂性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象， 采取计算机随机序列分组法分为对照组及观察组， 各50例。对照组患者实施传统多次根管治疗， 观察组患者实施一次性根管治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、牙周菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、疼痛评分、随访1年治疗成功率。结果 观察组患者的临床总有效率为94%， 高于对照组的78%， 差异具有统计学意义 （P0.05） 。观察组患者的术后牙周菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、疼痛评分均低于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义 （t=6.246、5.112、5.868， P0.05）。随访1年， 观察组患者的治疗成功率为90%， 高于对照组的74%， 差异具有统计学意义 （P0.05）。结论 采取一次性根管治疗法对隐裂性牙髓炎患者进行治疗的近期疗效显著， 可有效减轻疼痛及牙龈出血情况， 且具有显著的远期疗效， 可在隐裂性牙髓炎的临床治疗中推广应用。 　　【关键词】 隐裂性牙髓炎；一次性根管治疗；口腔科 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.16.016 　　Analysis of clinical value of one-visit root canal therapy in the treatment of cracked pulpitis HUANG Jing-wen. Methods A total of 100 cracked pulpitis patients as study subjects were divided by computer random sequence grouping into control group and observation group， with 50 cases in each group. The control group received traditional multiple-visit root canal therapy， and the observation group received one-visit root canal therapy. Comparison were made on clinical curative effect， periodontal plaque index， gingival bleeding index， pain score， success rate in 1 year follow-up in two groups. Results The observation group had higher clinical total effective rate as 94% than 78% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The observation group had lower postoperative periodontal plaque index， gingival bleeding index and pain score than the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （t=6.246， 5.112， 5.868， P0.05）. After 1 year follow-up， the observation group had higher success rate as 90% than 74% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion One-visit root canal therapy shows significant short-term curative effect for cracked pulpitis patients， which can effectively reliev
