阿仑膦酸钠联合辛伐他汀对老年髋部骨折内固定术后骨愈合影响 　　[摘要]目的 探?辛伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠对老年髋部骨折内固定术后骨愈合的影响。方法 选择2014年5月～2017年2月我院收治的老年髋部骨折内固定术患者45例，根据随机数字表法分为三组，每组15例。治疗组采用辛伐他汀和阿仑膦酸钠治疗，对照组采用阿仑膦酸钠治疗，空白组采用常规维生素D、碳酸钙D3片治疗。观察患者四个时间段的髋部骨折愈合情况，测定血清骨碱性磷酸酶（BAP）及骨钙素（BGP）水平。结果 三组患者术后12周、6个月、12个月的骨折骨痂愈合率分别与术后第1周比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。与术前比较，三组患者术后第1周的BAP水平均明显升高，而BGP水平均降低，但各组组间比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。术后12周、6个月，治疗组患者BAP、BGP水平均明显高于对照组、空白组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 辛伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠可作为一种有效的选择方案，抗骨质疏松治疗疗效明显，有利于改善骨质量。 　　[关键词]骨质疏松；髋部骨折；骨折愈合；阿仑膦酸钠；辛伐他汀 　　[中图分类号] R332 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（c）-0066-04 　　Effects of Alendronate sodium combined with Simvastatin on bone healing after hip fracture internal fixation in elderly patients 　　GAO Yong RAO Fang-ping ZHANG Wan-quan OUYANG Shao-ming RAO Yi-kang JIN Shao-li 　　Department of the First Orthopedics，the Second People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City in Jiangxi Province，Pingxiang 337000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of Simvastatin combined with Alendronate sodium on bone healing in elderly patients with hip fracture internal fixation.
