阿奇霉素在社区门诊治疗急性支气管炎临床疗效评价 　　【摘要】 目的：探究社区门诊应用阿奇霉素抗感染治疗急性支气管炎的有效性。方法：选取笔者所在社区门诊2012年1月-2013年9月接治的160例急性支气管炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组80例。两组患者均给予社区门诊针对支气管炎的常规治疗及护理措施，同时对照组患者给予青霉素抗感染治疗，研究组给予阿奇霉素抗感染治疗，治疗1个疗程后，对两组临床疗效、症状体征改善情况及血常规指标进行综合比较。结果：经治疗1个疗程后，研究组患者的肺部??音消失及咳痰消失所需时间明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者的平均白细胞计数、中心粒细胞百分比、血沉三项血常规指标均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针对社区门诊急性支气管炎患者应用阿奇霉素辅助抗感染治疗，能迅速改善患者咳痰及肺部??音，疗效显著，值得在临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 社区门诊； 阿奇霉素； 急性支气管炎 　　中图分类号 R562.21 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）11-0024-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effectiveness of community clinic application of Azithromycin in anti infection treatment of acute bronchitis.Method：160 patients with acute bronchitis were selected as the research objects in the community clinic from January 2012 to September 2013，they were randomly divided into the research group and the control group，80 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given routine treatment and nursing measures of bronchitis in my community clinics，while patients of control group received Penicillin anti infection treatment，the research group received Azithromycin anti infection treatment.After one course of treatment，the clinical curative effects，symptoms and signs，the improvement and blood routine indexes of two groups were comprehensively compared.Result：After one course of treatment，the pulmonary rales disappear and expectoration subsided time of the research group were significantly shorter than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The average white blood cell count，erythrocyte sedimentation rate，center of granulocyte percentage of patients in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with acute bronchitis community clinics，Azithromycin is used to assist the anti infective therapy can rapidly improve expectoration and pulmonary rales，patients with significant effect，it is w
