预见性护理在预防小儿高热惊厥中应用效果   [摘要] 目的 探讨预见性护理在预防小儿高热惊厥中的应用效果。 方法 选取2016年1~12月间在我院进行护理的小儿高热惊厥患儿80例作为研究对象,按照随机抽号的方法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组患儿行常规性护理方法,观察组患儿行预见性护理,比较分析两组患儿的临床护理成效以及患者的后遗症发生率。 结果 通过对两组患儿施以不同的护理方法,对照组患儿的临床护理总有效率明显低于观察组,存在显著差异;且观察组患儿的后遗症与不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 通过对小儿高热惊厥性患者行预见性护理,能够具有显著的护理成效,且有效的预防了患儿出现高热惊厥病症的发生率,很大程度起到了预防作用,在一定程度上降低了患儿的后遗症发生率,具有临床推广意义。   [关键词] 预见性护理;小儿高热昏厥;危险因素;护理成效   [中图分类号] R473.72 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701(2017)32-0150-03   [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in the prevention of febrile convulsion in children. Methods 80 children with febrile convulsion who were given nursing in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the random sampling method, the patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing methods, and the patients in the observation group were given predictive nursing. The effect of clinical nursing and the incidence rate of sequelae were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results Through different nursing methods on the two groups of children patients, the total effective rate of clinical nursing care in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group, and the difference was significant; the incidence rate of sequelae and adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion By means of predictive nursing care in children with febrile convulsion, the nursing effect is significant, and the incidence rate of febrile convulsion in children is effectively prevented in children patients. The preventive effect is shown to a great extent. To a certain extent, the incidence rate of sequelae is reduced to a certain extent. The nursing method has a significance of clinical promotion.
